"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty."
"I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.' "

What is mean by "rest"? I might have rest for my body, but soul. Because if I got enough sleep, then, it was fine. And, what about my soul? If I couldn't have rest. Perhaps because of my anxiety, worry, difficulty... then, I would be looked so sleepy and tired, not much passion for life... and furthermore, what if I couldn't have rest for both soul and body.... it is the worst thing I think...
God will make a way when it seems to be no way... Because there is peace in Jesus, in Him I have rest.
