Be Supportive

Was going out to look for a new tank of gas tonight.
"It's already a Sunday night, man, do you think it's easy to get a new tank of gas?"
Initially this was the question popped-out from my mind. I knew it wouldn't be easy but I believed that I would get one anyhow. So I didn't want to care about that so much. I wanted to complete this task by today, just by today, because tomorrow I would have another things to go for. I would not have to do this-traveling around some other places, if there were still enough stock available out there, better still, they could deliver to my place. And I would have not been needed to start up my car and travel far apart to any other places to find a new tank of gas. But the fact was that, no more stock available in the sundry shop that situated close to my residential area, I needed to go out to find it myself.

Now I will tell you the lesson for tonight.
I thought I would have found it easily at the places I went through, but I was wrong. When the night was still young, I was still okay with it, fine but when the night was getting darker, and the traffic wasn't that smooth, and still I found nothing, and because you were looking for an item of their competitor, people would just try their best to ignore you as soon as they could by just simply giving you a reply unfriendly, "Don't know!" Anyhow, better than none, right? It was extremely hard to find the vendor who sell the brand I looked for. I started losing my balance, emotionally, little and little I had become impatient. I told myself I didn't want to search the whole night with nothing. And when the sound that coming in your ear was kinda always negative, and not supportive, it's really blowing me up... however, surely I knew it didn't make any help if I lost my temper. I thanked God for refining me, I learned to stay calm, be considerate, tolerance, learn to position myself in other people's shoes. Neither me nor others were always right! But love will make you a better way.

And of course, within an hour, finally I got my new tank of gas. Thanks, be given to God.

Most importantly, what I've learned, and what I would like to share is,

In times of trouble, struggle, (whatever it is)
people needs supports very much more than any other things.
Example, supportive words.
